Job Overview
Seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Creator Assistant! In this paid role, you will support the development and execution of compelling social media campaigns, assist with content creation, and help elevate Western Gringa's brand presence online. Job is located in San Angleo, Texas - position is NOT remote.

This job is for someone who has a PASSION to work in the marketing field of country music, fashion and content creation. Who also, pays close attention to detail, is hardworking, and radiates positivity. This position is for a long term working relationship. After 3 month internship/trial period, you will be reevaluated for a permanent position with pay increase.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling engaging content for various social media channels like Tik Tok and Instagram.
• Monitor social listening tools to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and brand sentiment.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with Western Gringa on developing branding strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
• Manage relationships with influencer agencies, brands, and followers to foster community engagement and positive public relations.
• Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing.
• Assist in planning and executing Meta and Tik Tok Advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences effectively.
• Support photography and video editing efforts to produce high-quality multimedia content for social platforms.
• Assist in sourcing contractors needed for projects
• Assist in managing @shopwesterngringa instagram page and help develop other creative ideas for @westerngringa personal social pages, Tik Tok, Facebook and Instagram https://www.instagram.com/reel/DV1HiG5DUbw/?igsh=MWlydHMydDBjN3pvbA==
• Create excel schedules for Western Gringa’s events
• Creating a weekly SMS/E-mail program to update Western Gringa's audience of new content, events and partnerships.
• Assisting brands with Western Gringa’s brand/aesthetics/style

Experience

• Prior experience or strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Proficiency in editing platforms like Canva and Captcut.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
• Experience in content creation across diverse formats like images, long and short form videos, blogs, and captions.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies including branding, social media marketing, e-commerce integration, and public relations.
• Basic iphone photography skills and video experience.
• Strong grammar and proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
