- Provide first- and second-level technical support for users at grain facilities and corporate offices.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, monitors, and mobile devices.
- Configure user accounts, passwords, permissions, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Respond to help desk requests and document resolutions in the company's ticketing system.
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, and technology assets.
- Assist with workstation deployments, equipment replacements, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Support grain scale software, grain accounting systems, inventory management applications, and customer service technologies.
- Troubleshoot grain scale hardware, ticket printers, barcode scanners, cameras, and peripheral equipment.
- Assist with maintaining grain automation systems, PLC interfaces, and terminal operating technologies.
- Coordinate with software vendors to resolve application issues.
- Support electronic grain contracts, scale ticket processing, and data integration between business systems.
- Assist in maintaining local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, VPN connections, and internet connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless access points, and network cabling.
- Monitor system performance and report infrastructure issues.
- Assist with server maintenance, backups, disaster recovery testing, and system upgrades.
- Assist with software updates, antivirus protection, security patches, and endpoint protection.
- Help identify and respond to potential security threats.
- Assist with technology implementation projects at new and existing grain locations.
- Test new hardware and software prior to implementation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operating procedures.
- Communicate system outages, maintenance schedules, and technology updates.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Agricultural Technology, or related field preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of technical support or IT experience preferred.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of grain operations, grain accounting software, or agricultural technology is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with teammates at all levels.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
