Description
Responsible for preparing guest food and maintaining kitchen sanitation to club and Board of Health standards.
- Stocks, sets up and maintains workstation.
- Prepare and cook high volume meals.
- Coordinate food preparation, cooking, and presentation with other staff members based on Orders.
- Follow menus and recipes.
- Work closely with FOH & BOH
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods
- Performs daily prep work for banquets and restaurant.
- Stock food items for the next shift.
- Cleans station and equipment daily and ensures sanitation procedures are followed.
- Prepares and presents food items per club kitchen standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must have a minimum experience of food preparation, preferably at a fast food, club, resort or hotel.
Must possess a food sanitation certificate
