Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, high-impact projects that advance the company’s mission, demonstrating fearless drive and accountability in delivering strategic outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining a responsive and resilient approach to shifting priorities.
- Secure and allocate resources, manage project budgets, and ensure efficient use of team workflows and finances.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks with a resilient mindset to safeguard project success and support team stability.
- Build and maintain transparent, collaborative relationships with executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding, alignment, and accountability throughout project lifecycle.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPI’s) and reporting mechanism to monitor project progress, measure success, and update leadership on challenges and wins.
- Manage and review the entire project portfolio to ensure all initiatives align with strategic priorities and support informed decision-making.
- Evaluate and enhance project management tools and processes to boost efficiency, streamline workflows, and elevate organizational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience within the industrial manufacturing industry.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of New Product Development (NPD) and project management processes and principles.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and SmartSheets, with demonstrated experience in applying these tools effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
