Our Breakdown Coordinators provide our drivers timely assistance in response to equipment malfunctions over-the-road. They are essential team members for encouraging a culture of safety on behalf of our drivers and mitigating costs for the company. To be successful, Breakdown Coordinators ideally have:
- At least 1 year of experience in the Diesel Maintenance field.
- Associates degree preferred
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
