We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated individual to join the team as our Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be a key player in both sales and service, and will have the opportunity to have an immeasurable impact on the success of our company. You'll be at the center of company operations and expected to consistently motivate, train and manage your team in order to ultimately increase sales, profits and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a Full-Time Branch Manager. An ideal candidate will work well under pressure, be organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment. Branch Managers foster and maintain excellent relationships with customers and local entities to support the grow and development of their office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff.
- Manage the flow of money.
- Maintain security.
- Be a leader and mentor to junior employees.
- Train and support new employees in the branch.
- Create a corporate culture that encourages growth, learning, and success.
- Solicit and sell specific services and products
- Professionally handle adverse customer situations
- Resolve customer debt situations while maintaining a positive relationship to encourage return business
- Work harmoniously with peers
- Interview, hire, train and provide follow-up of branch staff
- Handle adverse employee situations as they arise
- Dress to represent the brand of a consumer-oriented business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
