Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
Paint and Preparation:
- Prepare trucks for painting, including sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
- Sand and prepare truck surfaces for repair work, ensuring proper readiness for refinishing or part replacement.
- Replace components ranging from minor to major truck parts, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Utilize personal tools as needed; company-provided equipment will be available for larger or specialized tasks.
Transportation and Work Ethic:
- Must have reliable transportation and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening is required.
- Prior body shop experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and CSA regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, forward-thinking approach.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability and willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to weather elements.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

- Level 2: $24–$26/hour
