Responsibilities: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fleet of dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components. Perform preventative maintenance, including preventative, warrantable, and accident-related repairs. Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to match company and DOT specifications. Test equipment for performance issues. Demonstrate self-motivation, punctuality, and eagerness to learn. Requirements: Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry. Must have required tools applicable to repairs listed in the job description; main air tools will be provided. Maintain productivity at 85% or above and efficiency at 95% or above.
