Principal Duties: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair the fleet of dry van and flatbed semi-truck and trailer bodies, systems, and components. Perform preventative maintenance, including preventative, warrantable, and accident-related repairs. Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to match company and DOT specifications. Test equipment for performance issues. Must be self-motivated, punctual, and eager to learn. Work Experience: Two years of verifiable experience is preferred but not required. Tooling is required, applicable to repairs listed in the job description. Main air tools will be provided. Must perform at 85% or above productivity and 95% or above efficiency.
