- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details using hotel management software
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards while managing front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
