About the Role
As a Geochemistry Laboratory Scientist, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing, testing, and analyzing environmental samples that drive important environmental decisions. You’ll work with advanced instrumentation, contribute to problem-solving across teams, and ensure high-quality, precise results.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and analyze samples using industry-standard methods and instrumentation (e.g., Auto-Titrator, LECO Analyzer).
- Maintain accurate records of results and input data into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Ensure quality and compliance with strict environmental and safety standards.
- Keep lab spaces clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Assist in training new staff and stay current on laboratory innovations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and improve processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Prior lab experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/sit for extended periods.
- A dependable team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
