Your Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the asphalt paving crew, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee paving operations to meet project specifications and deadlines
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently to protect the team and worksite
- Maintain equipment and manage materials efficiently to keep projects moving smoothly
- Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, and for seamless collaboration
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering skill development and teamwork
- Quickly address and resolve on-site challenges with practical solutions
- Proven experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman or similar leadership role in paving operations
- Strong knowledge of paving techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions and handling physical job demands
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
