Western Engineering Co., Inc. is hiring Crew Members to join our City Streets Asphalt Paving Crew. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with a variety of tasks on asphalt paving projects, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist with job site preparation for asphalt paving projects.
- Help place, spread, and finish asphalt during paving operations.
- Support the operation and setup of paving equipment and tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, shoveling, and raking.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous construction or asphalt paving experience is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
