Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through research and outreach activities.
- Qualify leads by assessing their fit with Western Elite's services and solutions.
- Set up meetings for the sales team to further develop opportunities.
- Use email, phone, and other communication channels to reach out to prospects and nurture leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and maintain accurate records of lead and opportunity data in Western Elite's CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective campaigns and messaging to generate leads.
- Continuously learn and improve sales skills through training and coaching programs.
- Collaborate with and be prepared to take over jobs and leads from our outside sales team. As an SDR, you'll not only free up their time to focus on closing deals, but also increase efficiency and productivity across the entire sales process.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, business development or related field preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
