We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Track production of onsite crews and subcontractors
- Communicate with subcontractors, engineers, municipalities, and customers
- Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors on pricing/quotes
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in heavy civil construction preferred
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
