Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate volunteers.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support, including disciplinary action when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Support Services Team to ensure program alignment.
- Prepare reports to support program evaluation and volunteer management.
- Monitor financial activities and manage volunteer-related resources.
- Maintain relationships with local agencies, schools, and support groups.
- Organize seasonal meetings and annual trainings.
- Manage volunteer data and scheduling systems.
- Maintain and update volunteer policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties to support the agency’s mission.

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to attend evening/weekend meetings or presentations.
- Proficiency in computer use and office equipment.
- Minimum 2 years as a volunteer/outreach coordinator experience
