What You’ll Do
· Learn to maintain and repair SMT machines, reflow ovens, conveyors, and coating lines
· Keep production equipment running smoothly through inspections and preventative maintenance
· Perform cleaning, adjustments, and parts replacements with hands-on training from experienced technicians
· Work safely while gaining exposure to advanced tools and equipment
· Suggest and support improvements to keep processes efficient
· Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
- Wiliness to learn electrical diagrams and service manuals.
- Ability to move, lift, and work in an active production environment
- A positive team-first attitude and wiliness to grow
Education and Background
· Ideal for candidates who have completed a technical program or training in industrial maintenance, electronics, or related field
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Experience with SMT or electronics equipment is a plus – but not required. We’ll train the right candidate
