Come join our expanding team! As we continue to grow, we are searching for positive, hardworking Service Technicians who are ready to learn, have fun at work and grow in this field! Currently seeking Bismarck/Mandan based Technicians.
As a Gaming Service Technician, you will be part of a team that performs installations, services, and sells electronic E-Tab machine equipment, pull tab machines, Blackjack equipment, and other gaming systems throughout the state of North Dakota. Our mission is to provide the industry's best customer service and support. We provide full training, but knowledge of network wiring and internet basics is a plus.
Supplied: Company Car and Gas, All Tools needed, work shirts, and all other items needed to perform this job.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, service, and maintain the equipment on site for the customer (including parts replacement, cleaning the product and all related items both inside and outside, and replacement of consumables.)
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Work with management to maintain correct customer database.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Ensure management is aware of problems and complaints
Other responsibilities include inventory and parts tracking, performing quality assurance checks on machines, fulfilling paper orders, fleet maintenance tracking and some lawn/snow work.
Requirements:
- HIGH attention to DETAIL
- Ability to communicate with management or customers by phone, electronically or in person.
- Basic knowledge of work sheets and business forms.
- Basic computer or smartphone skills
- Personally visit every location sold to, at least twice per month.
- Understanding of EXCELLENT customer service principles.
- Lifting, climbing, bending, and sitting requirements.
- Background check and clean driving record.
- Basic mechanical/electrical skills preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
