CK Power is looking for a Maintenance Technician at our St. Louis, MO, location. The Facilities Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and repairs, and preventative maintenance of a wide variety of building and facility equipment and fixtures.
What You’ll Do:
- · Read and interpret equipment manuals, engineering plans and work orders to perform required maintenance.
- · Maintenance and repairs may include plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems.
- · Perform Preventative Maintenance on operations and facility equipment.
- · Conduct general housekeeping.
- · Maintain facility grounds to include snow removal.
- · Comply with CK Power Employee Policies and procedures and all applicable Safety regulations and requirements.
- · Operate a forklift and scissors lift.
What You’ll Need:
- · High school diploma or equivalent.
- · 3 years of related experience.
- · 1 year electrical experience.
- · Strong Mechanical aptitude.
- · Ability to communicate professionally.
- · Strong ethical conduct.
- · Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
- · Results-driven attitude.
- · Customer focus (internal & external).
- · Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
What Helps:
- · Mechanical/Technical degree preferred.
- · 1 years HVAC experience a plus.
- · OSHA 10 / 30 Hour training a plus.
