CM&W is looking for a Maintenance Technician at our Hannibal, MO, location. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and repairs, and preventative maintenance of a wide variety of building and facility equipment and fixtures.
What You’ll Do:
· Read and interpret equipment manuals, engineering plans and work orders to perform required maintenance.
· Maintenance and repairs may include plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems.
· Perform Preventative Maintenance on operations and facility equipment.
· Conduct general housekeeping.
· Maintain maintenance of facility grounds to include snow removal.
· Comply with CK Power Family of Companies Employee Policies and procedures and all applicable Safety regulations and requirements.
· Operate a forklift and scissors lift.
What You’ll Need:
· High school diploma or equivalent; Mechanical/Technical degree preferred.
· 3 years of related experience.
· 1 year electrical experience.
· 1 years HVAC experience a plus.
· OSHA 10 / 30 Hour training a plus.
· Strong Mechanical aptitude.
· Ability to communicate professionally.
· Strong ethical conduc.t
· Computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
· Results-driven attitude.
· Customer focus (internal & external).
· Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
