Role Description

The Patient Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Poway, CA. Responsibilities include coordinating patient appointments, managing care plans, maintaining effective communication with patients, and collaborating with dental teams to provide top-notch oral healthcare services. The role requires supporting patients with accurate information regarding their treatment schedules, facilitating care coordination, and ensuring optimal use of service resources.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and excellent Phone Etiquette skills
• Experience in Care Coordination and a strong understanding of Medical Terminology
• Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and customer service
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in healthcare administration or related fields are a plus
• Prior experience in healthcare or dental settings is preferred
