Role Description
The Associate Dentist position is a full-time, on-site role based in Oceanside, CA. As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver general dental care, which includes diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing cleanings, restorations, extractions, and other procedures. You will work closely with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to provide outstanding patient care. You will also educate patients on oral health, build long-term relationships with them, and ensure treatment aligns with high standards of clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Possess strong clinical skills in areas such as diagnosing, treatment planning, and performing general dentistry procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to educate patients about treatment plans, oral hygiene practices, and preventative care.
- Commitment to patient care and maintaining high standards of quality and ethics in dentistry.
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Current and valid dental license in the state of California. Certification in various dental specialties is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic team-based environment with a focus on collaborative care.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
