Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Service and support a Commercial Lines book of business
- Work directly with producers, carriers, and clients
- Assist with claims, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support
This position requires the following:
- Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
- 3–5 years of Commercial Lines account management experience preferred
- Experience working with multiple carriers
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Exceptional Customer Service mindset and skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional, client-focused approach
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
