What You'll Do
As an Apparel Production Specialist, you'll help produce and prepare custom apparel orders from production through final quality inspection.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform garment construction and finishing tasks, including sewing, hemming, and seam construction, to meet quality standards.
- Operate machinery and hand tools for cutting, stitching, and fabric handling while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect materials and finished garments for defects, applying dimensional measurements and quality standards to ensure consistency.
- Manage receiving, stock organization, and storage of supplies and finished products; support embroidery processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and coordinate with warehouse for smooth material flow and timely shipping.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous embroidery, sewing, apparel, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus
- Embroidery experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person
