Grain Operations Laborer (Full-Time)
$19–$25/hour $500 Sign-On Bonus
Position location: Twin Brooks, SD
Western Consolidated Cooperative is hiring a full-time Grain Operations Laborer to support daily grain handling operations. This is an entry-level, hands-on role with paid training, growth opportunities, and a strong team-focused culture.

What You’ll Do
- Operate grain handling equipment including scales, payloader, and skid loader
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Assist with grain and agronomy operations as needed
- Perform routine facility housekeeping using broom and shovel
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety programs
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Extended hours and overtime may be required during peak seasonal periods
Pay & Incentives
- $19.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
- $500 sign-on bonus

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong safety mindset preferred
- Prior grain, agronomy, or agricultural experience is helpful but not required
