Enterprise Project Manager

The Role:The Senior Project Manager leads the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) implementations, keeping scope, resources, and budget in balance from kickoff through go-live. You'll own the project management plan, coordinate closely with Solution Architects to keep the team executing on track, and take a proactive approach to client satisfaction and process improvement. This is a high-visibility role where ERP expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills matter equally. This role will also play a large part in process improvement and taking a proactive approach to ensure satisfied clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project planning & execution

• Develop and implement project plans through the Western Computer Project Process, ensuring alignment with client goals and constraints
• Understand client resource capabilities and constraints to build realistic, client-informed project plans
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that directly support each client's business objectives
• Plan work and deadlines for the project team, coordinating with Solution Architects to keep tasks on target
  
  

 

Project maintenance & delivery

• Monitor budget and hours allocations, making adjustments as needed and approving project time for payroll processing
• Organize and facilitate project committee meetings and client status check-ins, providing timely follow-ups per the project plan
• Deliver large-scale project activities including scheduling, resourcing, backlog management, and proposal development
• Manage issues and escalations with empathy and strong interpersonal skills
  
  

 

Reporting & client engagement

• Track budget, forecasts, and available resources via applicable reports; keep reporting current and available per project process
• Build strong, ongoing client relationships: providing thoughtful follow-ups and sharing feedback with Practice Managers to drive continuous improvement
  
  

 

Process improvement & mentoring

• Contribute to Project Process Improvement efforts: offering feedback, suggesting best practices, and assisting with implementation
• Mentor and guide Project Managers by communicating best practices and project methodology
  
  

 

Mentoring and Training

• Provide mentoring and guidance to Project Managers, communicating best practices, project methodology, etc.
  
  

Required

What you bring

• 7 years of project management experience across all aspects of project lifecycle execution
• Proven track record leading full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations
• Strong experience in both F&SCM and CE
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics with a focus on Finance & Supply Chain Management
• Advanced strategic thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across clients and internal teams
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform
• Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500, MB-700, or equivalent)
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services industries
• Experience in a fully remote or distributed team environment
