Western Colorado Compounding Pharmacy is an independent locally owned compounding pharmacy. We make customized medication for both human and veterinary needs. This position is for a technician on our customer service team. You will work in a comfortable office environment where the team works together to make sure prescriptions are entered accurately and are make it to our patients timely manner. You will excel in this position if you have a friendly attitude, work well with others, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and like when things are done right.
- Must be located in Grand Junction, Colorado.
- CPhT certification required.
- Pharmacy Technician license in Colorado is required.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability is required.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with a team to accomplish a goal is a must.
Duties
- Entering and filling prescription information.
- Maintaining inventory of compounded drugs for dispensing.
- Answering and communicating on the phone effectively and clearly while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Helping with various duties around the pharmacy including filing, shipping, cleaning, and keeping an organized workspace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
