Clinical Supervisor – Full-Time
Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)
We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role is central to ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care within our Opioid Treatment Program and provides supervision, training, and clinical direction to all addiction counseling staff.
Our ideal candidate holds CS-I or CCS credentials; however, applicants with a full LCAS who are interested in pursuing supervisory credentials will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of clinical practices to ensure adherence to accreditation standards and compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all clinical staff follow NAADAC and state practice guidelines.
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, coaching, and performance feedback to addiction counselors.
- Maintain familiarity with insurance requirements (including Medicaid) and any grant-funded services.
- Conduct regular audits for clinical quality assurance and serve on the Quality Assurance Committee.
- Participate in quarterly Clinical Supervisor Meetings.
- Uphold the NAADAC Code of Ethics and support Quality Improvement Plans.
- Act consistently in the best interest of the program and organization as a whole.
- Facilitate patient treatment meetings, including individual staffing and team case consultations, to support diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Services or related field.
- LCAS license through the NC Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board.
- Preferred: CS-I or CCS credential; applicants with a full LCAS and eligibility for CCS will also be considered.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Additional pre-employment requirements may apply and will be outlined in a conditional offer to the selected candidate.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
