TEMPORARY FRONT DESK POSITION
River Way Ranch Camp / Wonder Valley Ranch Resort / Wonder Valley Outdoor Education
POSITION OVERVIEW
Temporary front desk coverage for an open-ended leave of absence. Duration is undefined (could be a few weeks or longer). This is a children's camp serving affluent families.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Office Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and check in visitors
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Manage front office scheduling and booking systems
- Create and maintain basic documents and spreadsheets
- Provide helpful, hospitality-focused customer service
- Support office operations as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using spreadsheets and documents (Google Workspace preferred)
- Customer-facing service experience (hospitality, reception, or similar)
- Reliable, helpful demeanor
- Background check clearable
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Phone experience (customer service, reception, hospitality)
- Google Workspace experience
- Flexibility with variable scheduling
SCHEDULE
7:45 AM to 9:30 PM availability window
Hours vary: shifts can range from 4 hours to full days
Open Sunday through Saturday

Pay is $16.90 - $18.00, depending on experience.
