Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This position plays a pivotal role in producing top-tier products, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to quality, capable of troubleshooting manufacturing challenges, and eager to embrace professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Equipment & Machinery: Safely set up, operate, and maintain production equipment to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Quality Assurance: Perform regular inspections to ensure all products meet or exceed company and industry standards.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to company safety protocols and actively participate in workplace hazard awareness, reporting, and mitigation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across various departments to coordinate production schedules and share best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production runs, equipment maintenance, and any quality or safety issues encountered.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous manufacturing or production experience is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude; experience with hand tools, power tools, or automated machinery is a plus.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or vocational training are advantageous.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, quality, and consistency in all tasks.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues independently.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive work environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to [X] lbs, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures.
