Job Overview
Review and create quality related documents, specifically work orders or batch records. Help to close out work orders or batch records when production has been completed
Essential Job Functions
- Create work orders from finished product specifications within a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with Quality and Customer Success if any deviations or discrepancies arise.
- Create an atmosphere of professionalism, orderliness and cleanliness.
- Review production paperwork to ensure quality and help close out records.
- Train with other members of the quality unit to ensure the entire process is understood.
- Work with other document control specialists to help with clerical items and audits, when appropriate
Qualifications:
Knowledge
- Educational – High school graduate or equivalent
- Training certificates - none required, quality related training recommended
- Employee training as it relates to employment and work position
- 1 years of experience in cGMP related field
Skills/Abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to be assertive as needed to enforce quality standards
