The Role
As General Manager of our USA operation, you will lead our local team of Jr. and Sr. wheel builders, shipper/receivers, QC, and other production staff. You'll work closely with the Canadian team, inlcudding Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, Director of Marketing, Supply Chain, to streamline the business operation in the US.
This role will involve regular participation in weekly and semi-monthly, EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) meetings, which bring all departments together to discuss KPIs, To-Dos, and business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Simplify and streamline our business model for ease of understanding and efficiency.
- Foster a strong, collaborative company culture and ensure all teams are aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry shifts to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive company culture.
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure financial health
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring the company has the right talent.
- Identify potential risks (financial, operational, legal) and develop mitigation strategies.
