📣 We’re hiring: Contracting Specialist — Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Contracting Specialist to support our agents and agencies through the contracting process; from submission through Ready-to-Sell.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Process agent and agency contracts
✔️ Manage tickets and inbound/outbound calls
✔️ Support new agent/agency onboarding (agreements, contracts, and onboarding coordination)
✔️ Maintain accurate CRM records
✔️ Assist with escalations, internal requests, and training new team members
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Strong organization follow-through
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Comfortable working in systems and managing high-volume workflows
✔️ Solid organization and time management skills
