Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Medical Team ASR (Accessibility Service Representative) to join our healthcare team. This paid position plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within clinical settings, supporting the medical team, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will bring experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient service to help us provide exceptional healthcare services.
Duties
- Responsible for assisting with vital signs as needed
- Assist with bringing clients back for their appointments
- Urinary drug screens
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate places
- Answer emails
- Assist with setting the clients up with their telehealth provider sessions
- Keep up with samples and assist the nurses and providers on ordering them
- Assist with cleaning the medical room
- Assist providers with any needs they may have
- Assist pharmacy’s on medication related questions
- Talk with patients about their symptoms and relay this information to a supervising nurse or physician
- Assist our scheduling team
- Assist the nurses with prior authorizations on medications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable Federal and State certification requirements( not required , but preferred)
- Basic patient care competency skills
- Experience with electronic medical records and documentation (preferred)
- Experience in a clinical setting is a plus
Pay: $13.00 per hour
