The purpose of the DBO & OneCall Operations L2 Support Team is to provide advanced technical support, incident/case resolution, and operational maintenance for supported Deposit & Payment business applications, processes, and systems. This team acts as the escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 (L1) support and ensures the continuous availability and performance of business-critical operations.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate and entrepreneurial, just like our clients. Specifically, we're looking for top-performers interested in pursuing careers in Commercial Banking.
What you'll need:
- Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
- An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
- To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
