Founded in 2018, Western Addition operates five restaurants—two in Dallas, two in Houston, and another in Scottsdale, AZ, with plans for several additional locations in the future, including the newly announced Dallas concept the Main House. As a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will play a key role in leading culinary operations and maintaining the standards that define our restaurants.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing BOH teams through coaching, training, and accountability
- Managing scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Ensuring recipe execution, food quality, and consistency at all times
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Building a positive, respectful, and performance-driven culture
- Collaborating with Front of House leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Driving profitability while upholding Western Addition's standards and valuesDriving profitability while upholding Western Addition's standards and values
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in kitchen management and food service operations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Experience managing teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, inventory systems, and cost controls
- Experience with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, preferred
- Background in upscale casual, fine dining, catering, or banquet operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for hospitality, consistency, and daily excellence
