Westerkamp Group, LLC is a Revenue Cycle Management company focused on hospital billing and collections. We are currently seeking a Medical Office Clerk in our Birmingham, AL office to provide patient and third-party hospital pre-registration services to our clients.

 


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Sorting incoming mail and distributing inner office
  • Answering door
  • Processing Virtual Credit Cards
  • Ordering supplies and keeping up with inventory
  • Assisting wherever is needed for the departments
  • Other duties as needed


Qualifications:


  • Ability to adhere to strict compliance guidelines related to HIPAA.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities
