Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations.
- Light duty accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Minor sales support
- Vendor management support
- Maintain bookkeeping records using QuickBooks
- Oversee payroll processing and financial recordkeeping
- Ensure proper filing systems are maintained for easy document retrieval
- Schedule and prepare paperwork for customer shipments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently and professionally
