Some Of The Work You Will Do
- Lead engineering teams and oversee deliverables with minimal revisions.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct, approve, and stamp engineering deliverables, drawings, calculations, and reports.
- Author and review internal specifications and design standards.
- Lead or participate in squad checks, design review meetings, HAZOPs, FATs, and other technical reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert.
- Interface with clients and ensure project alignment.
- Travel 10–20% for site visits, commissioning, and client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in either Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- FE required; PE license required.
- 10 years of engineering experience, including Water/Wastewater Design.
- Experience managing engineering projects, controlling costs, schedules, and cross-discipline coordination.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, Plant 3D, Navisworks, Advanced Steel, STAAD.
- Strong Structural and Civil Engineering background or related experience.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Windows applications).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
- Proven leadership in engineering project execution.
- Ability to mentor and audit ISO procedures.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards (PIP, ASME, AISC, etc.).
- Preferred prior work experience in the AEC industry.
- Must be able to work at a desk using a computer and phone system.
- Regular movement around the facility.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- May inspect equipment at job sites (climbing, bending, exposure to elements).
- Exposure to elements at construction sites (cold, heat, wet, dark).
- Must comply with all safety regulations and may be required to be fit-tested and clean-shaven for proper respiratory equipment.
