Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our 239-unit apartment community in Duluth! Our Service Technicians complete all aspects of apartment maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in on-site property maintenance
- Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies (2 weeks on and 2-4 weeks off based on staffing.)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

- Electrical and plumbing

- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
- Tile, carpet, flooring

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies (2 weeks on and 2-4 weeks off based on staffing.)
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
