Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are searching for a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 244-unit apartment community conveniently located in Irving near 3 major freeways (161, 183, and 360)! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least one year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work the first weekend of every month.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; T-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable.
