***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Requirements
- At least one year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
- Must be able to work on Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week

Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: Tues-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
