This is a full-time, on-site role located in Maitland, FL, for a Customer Service Representative. In this position, the Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to clients, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
