The starting rate for this role is $16.77 per hour.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions
- Responds to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or directs them to proper person for assistance and resolution
- Learns to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately
- Handles all monetary transactions for member
What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Working towards a High School diploma
- Enrolled in youth apprenticeship program through the local school district
- After school schedule and every other Saturday rotation at a minimum
