Westcomm is looking for a communications lead to support our HR clients with multi-channel employee and benefits communication campaigns. You’ll juggle multiple projects, collaborate with our creative team, and ensure communications align with client goals—all while keeping things on time and on point. This role is ideal for someone with a background in employee or internal communications.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage multi-channel employee and benefits communication projects across multiple clients, especially during Open Enrollment (Q3 Q4).
- Oversee timelines and creative resources to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with the Account team to create strategic, engaging campaigns for clients.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear, proactive updates, ensuring alignment at every stage
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed on employee communication best practices and industry trends.

What You Bring to the Role:
- 5 years of experience in communications (employee or benefits communications is a strong plus!)
- Strong writing and editing skills – you know when to use a comma and how to make content engaging.
- Sharp writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with a project management platform and workflows.
- Familiarity with design software like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus.
- BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 based on experience, credentials, education, certifications and location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
