Receptionist
Be part of something new. As we launch our nursing school, we’re searching for a Receptionist who’s excited to help build a student-centered campus from the ground up. You’ll be the hub of daily activity, supporting students, coordinating with faculty, and creating a smooth, professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Receptionist

You’ll be the hub of daily activity, supporting students, coordinating with faculty, and creating a smooth, professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
In This Role You Will
- Greet faculty, students and visitors; and act as the primary source for general inquiries
- Answer phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Perform office duties such as handling of incoming and outgoing mail, entering data into systems, reports,
- Schedule conference room meetings for the team and maintain team calendars
- Disseminate routine communications such as memos, notices and emails
- Create and maintain files and filing systems
- Ensure office cleanliness
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 1 year of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience (or equivalent combination of education and
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot standard office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with flexibility in scheduling, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in a front desk, reception, or higher education environment
- Familiarity with scheduling systems
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
