The Goalkeeper Coach / Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the women’s soccer program at the NAIA level. Primary responsibilities include leading goalkeeper training, assisting with team training sessions, managing match preparation, and driving recruiting efforts to support team operations and student-athlete success.

The Goalkeeper Coach / Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the women’s soccer program at the NAIA level. Primary responsibilities include leading goalkeeper training, assisting with team training sessions, managing match preparation, and driving recruiting efforts to support team operations and student-athlete success.
- Plan and lead goalkeeper-specific training sessions to develop technical, tactical, and physical performance.
- Assist with team training sessions, match preparation, and in-game coaching.
- Identify and recruit prospective student-athletes, maintaining communication with recruits, club coaches, and high school programs.
- Assist with scouting, video analysis, and individual player development.
- Help maintain team standards and support student-athlete academic success.
- Assist with general program operations, travel arrangements, and equipment management
- Handles other projects and tasks as needed
- Previous playing or coaching experience in soccer.
- Knowledge of goalkeeper development and modern soccer training methods.
- Ability to recruit and evaluate talent.
- CPR/AED Certification
- Bachelor’s degree
- Specific goalkeeper college coaching experience.
- Possession of a soccer coaching license.
- Masters Degree
- 1 years of experience coaching Women's Soccer at the college level within the NAIA.
