Job Summary: The Network Videographer will execute video and photo content that showcases WMCHealth Network services, medical expertise, and patient stories to both internal and external audiences. This role involves field production, studio editing, and content creation across multiple formats—from short-form social videos to longer-form narratives. The Network Videographer will work collaboratively within the marketing team, executing on projects under the direction of experienced team members. - Capture high-quality video and photography in field and studio settings as assigned, including physician profiles, patient testimonials, facility tours, and event coverage.
- Execute video editing projects using Final Cut Pro to produce polished content meeting network standards.
- Edit and retouch photography using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to meet network standards, including color correction, retouching, and composition refinement.
- Create short-form video content optimized for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) following established guidelines for vertical formats, trending styles, and platform-specific requirements.
- Support the development of animated graphics and motion graphics using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Apple Motion, and other animation software as directed.
- Organize, archive, and manage all video and photo assets according to departmental standards and protocols.
- Maintain and manage provided photography and videography equipment (Apple and Sony), ensuring readiness and proper functioning.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (physicians, communications, administration) as directed to schedule shoots and clarify project goals and messaging objectives.
- Contribute ideas and feedback during team brainstorms and respond constructively to creative direction from senior team members.
- Learn and adopt new storytelling techniques, software tools, and industry best practices as guided by the team.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of related work experience, coursework, or portfolio projects in video production, content creation, or a related creative field, required
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, fine arts, communications, journalism, or comparable degree/focus, required
