As a member of our multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting vital signs and general health monitoring
- Screening for psychiatric, substance use, and medical concerns
- Administering injectable medications
- Managing medication refills and prior authorizations
- Coordinating with pharmacies, providers, and primary care physicians
- Maintaining accurate electronic health records and lab documentation
- Supporting telepsychiatry and psychiatric scheduling
- Conducting urine drug screens and breathalyzer testing
- Assisting clients with referrals and continuity of care
- Maintaining nursing and medical supplies
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish
- Current New York State LPN license
- Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, or psychiatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfort conducting observed urine testing
- Ability to use electronic health record systems and related technology
- Ability to travel to assigned clinic locations, as needed
- NYSED Infection Control certification (or qualifying exemption)
