ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Seasonal Food & Beverage Attendant. The Food & Beverage Attendant will be responsible for providing Members and guests with a seamless and superior customer service experience at the assigned Food & Beverage outlet. This role will be integral in assuring the operational success of the assigned outlet, completing assignments in a timely and friendly manner in order to assure all orders and requests are received and processed to the highest standards. The Food & Beverage Attendant will be trained across all Beach Club Food & Beverage outlets (Ice Cream Shop, Snack Bar, Beach Grill, Floor) and will rotate assigned locations based on business needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Food & Beverage Attendant must complete all tasks and assignments as assigned by the management team, including but not limited to:

• Welcome Members and guests to Food & Beverage outlets
• Respond to Member and guest inquiries, providing timely and effective assistance
• Operate outlet register, taking and inputting orders and relaying to kitchen
• Ensure that all orders meet proper presentation and quality standards
• Deliver completed orders in a timely manner, package take-out orders as needed
• Assist in plating of food items for service, and assist Culinary team as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of Food & Beverage outlet, assuring all safety, sanitation and food handling standards are properly met
• Clean outlet preparation and/or serving equipment according to the highest sanitary standards
• Provide support to team members, assisting when necessary to ensure Member and guest orders/requests are received and processed in a timely fashion
• The above responsibilities encapsulate the Food & Beverage Attendant’s duties across all Specific tasks and assignments may vary based on work location.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, or similar setting a plus
• Must have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members, management team, Members, and guests
• Must be customer service minded
• Must possess the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask
• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays and special events as needed
• This role works primarily within assigned Beach Club Food & Beverage Also must work across various Beach Club areas and outlets as needed.

PAY RANGE

$17.00 hourly compensation
